Since 2023, The Nü You Conference has been more than just an event. It has been a space where moms can truly breathe, be seen, and reconnect with themselves and one another. What started as a gathering has grown into a movement rooted in community care, honest conversations, and real support for women navigating every stage of motherhood.

Over the years, we’ve welcomed hundreds of moms into rooms filled with laughter, vulnerability, resources, and restoration. From powerful panels to intentional moments of pause, every experience has been designed to remind moms that they are not alone and that their needs matter too.

This year, we are expanding that vision in a deeper and more accessible way. Through our Planted Summit in Prince George’s County, we are offering a free experience for moms to gather, grow, and be poured into, ensuring that access to community and care is not a barrier.

We are also bringing the experience back to Baltimore for a one-day Nü You Summit on September 5th, continuing our commitment to creating spaces where moms can reset, gain tangible tools, and build meaningful connections.
